The Contractor warrants and undertakes that it has carefully examined and is fully familiar with all the provisions of the Contract; that it has, by examination of the actual and various conditions affecting the Works, satisfied itself as to the nature and location of all Works, the general and local conditions to be encountered and all other matters which can in any way affect the Works, the costs or the schedule thereof and the obligations in regard to Related Works (and in particular the work of the Railway Integration and Systems Contractor). The Contractor warrants and undertakes that it understands the time available to perform the Works and to achieve the key contractual milestones in accordance with the Key Dates Schedule.
